oil. mostly leftover oil from the last painting session, scraped up into greasy-green looking piles of differently toned ooge. there is an earlier attempt that went horribly awry, which was then mushed around with a knife and painted over.

Uh, it just looks like a very ancient, very alien religious deity to me.
It also gives me the feeling that it wants you to sacrifice bread to it. Like, leave some bread in front of it, and then get out of its temple.
Also chocolate cake.
