I think I have things to say about the gouaches, but most obviously, I like this as a "Peeking Thi" series.1. Hiding behind the hair,2. Furtive peek below the hand,3. Hesitantly revealing yourself,4. Retreat,5. Full face.I'm not kidding.
Your 1-5 sound like steps from a sequence from a kung-fu manual for some distinctly yin fighting style.
Or maybe from a Japanese manual on pleasing your husband.
